1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by ENTROGX Digital and Media FZE of Hi-Tech Office 205, SPARK AI Hub, Floor 2, Building C, Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("ENTROGX", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. The product is governed separately

Access to and use of the SafetyVoiceAI product, any pilot, proof of value, deployment or customer account is governed by a separate written agreement between you or your organisation and ENTROGX. Nothing on this website varies that agreement.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or third-party details through the enquiry form.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site or its APIs.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish site content without written permission.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

4. Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting a pilot, readiness review, partnership, career or general enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity or oblige either party to proceed. Any pilot or deployment is governed by a separate signed agreement.

5. Safety and emergency disclaimer

This website is informational. It is not a safety, emergency, monitoring or incident-response service, and it must never be used to report an emergency or a live hazard. Always follow your site's emergency procedures and contact the relevant emergency services and responsible persons.

6. Content on this site

Product descriptions, capability claims and performance figures on this site describe intended and observed product behaviour and are provided for information. They are not warranties. Actual results depend on your sites, integrations and configuration.

7. Intellectual property

The SafetyVoiceAI name, logo, site content and design are owned by us or our licensors. No licence is granted except the right to view the site for your internal business purposes.

8. Information you submit

Do not submit confidential, safety-critical or sensitive information — including credentials, raw operational data, incident records, medical or biometric information or voice recordings — through a general website form. Where such information is needed for an authorised pilot, we will provide a secure channel and appropriate contractual terms. Personal data submitted through the site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw content at any time without notice.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this website and these terms is limited to AED 1,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, production or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction.
